CPA Enterprises, PC founder, Justin McAuliffe, recognized business owners were unhappy with CPA firms’ lack of bookkeeping service resulting in a poorly produced end product that was useless to the business owner. With nearly 20 years of diverse public accounting experience, Justin founded CPA Enterprises, PC in 2018 to help small business owners know their numbers by organizing their books and records, optimizing their chart of accounts, and acting as an outsourced CFO or COO.

Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant who is passionate about the power of analyzing your company's book. She's up to challenging and complex accounting. With her expertise in using Xero, QBO, Hubdoc, Dext, and other accounting software, you won't need to worry about having an accurate set of books.

I was born and raised in West Michigan and attended college at Grand Valley State University in my hometown of Grand Rapids.  I earned my BBA in accounting, and I also received a Master’s Degree with my focus being in the discipline of taxation.  I have over 16 years of experience in the field of accounting – having previously worked at a Top 15 accounting firm and for a multi-billion-dollar company in the private sector.  Most of my career has focused in the areas of tax compliance, planning, and strategy, and I love helping my clients navigate the complex and always-changing world of taxation.

Outside of work, I am married to Andy, and we have four children (ages 8, 6,4, and 1).  As a family, we love participating in sports, spending time outdoors, and being active members at our church.

Tim Jipping, CPA, CGMA is the founding member of Journey Advisors & CPAs, a firm launched with the mission to go beyond convention. Tim's extensive experience with one of the largest public accounting firms in the country prepared him to craft a firm built upon innovation, partnership, and integrity. From a desire to connect with like-minded professionals, the synergistic partnership with Justin McAuliffe and CPA Enterprises was born. Working hand-in-hand with CPA Enterprises, Tim and his team provide tax compliance and consulting services, delicately pairing world-class service with relevant and practical tax expertise. Tim and the Journey team are physically based in Chicago and serve clients across the country. Tim's unique approach has earned him various accolades, including being named 40 Under 40 in the CPA Profession by CPA Practice Advisor.
